Lilly Hansing teaches Kindergarten at Broomfield Academy. She holds a master's degree in Psychology in Education from Columbia University and a bachelor's degree in Education and Psychology of Human Learning from NYU's Gallatin School of Individualized Study. Ms. Hansing has many years of experience as a kindergarten teacher and helped to develop the inaugural kindergarten curriculum at Columbia University's charter elementary school. Prior to joining Broomfield Academy, Ms. Hansing taught an advanced Language Arts curriculum to first and second graders in San Diego. She also pioneered and taught a woodworking curriculum at The School at Columbia University and at the Diegueño Country School. In addition to working with children, Ms. Hansing enjoys cycling, traveling, baking and spending time with her family.
